I have learned with the best. Pedro Subijana at Akelares, Juan Mari Arzak, Ferran Adria at El Bulli, Santi Santamaria at El Raco de Can Fabes... They are Spain's finest.

Style

My style is not really defined. I am more concerned about using the best products, the best ingredients to reveal the best out of my recipes.
